i want to loose weight simply by exercising and eating better food. i was wandering if any of you have any good exercise routines, diets, tips, advice, ect. I weigh 165 lbs. and i dont know exactly how much weight i wanna loose but i know i wanna loose a few inches from my stomach.

Hi. First of all there is a huge amount of info you can learn from my site, so please check it out. Especially the article called: “This is how to lose weight, be fit & get the body you want!”

Otherwise, just few points I will add here for you before you go over there:

1/ Nutrition (that’s food) is responsible for 90% of the result. This means if you work out lots but eat lots of junk, don’t expect much.

2/ Ultimately it is muscle which will bring you over the turning point. So building muscle is key.

3/ Remember, any movement at all for a minimum 60 minutes duration is great. I don’t care if you wanna roll around on the floor, do jump rope, go run in the street or keep kicking the wall in your house. As long as you MOVE and get your heart rate up, you WILL lose calories.

I’m 5’5 and weight about 125. I’m trying to lose some pounds overall so I can thin out my thighs. I’ve already limited my junk food intake. I’m an extremely picky eater, so I don’t eat any fruits, vegetables, and the majority of meats. Yeah, I know — I’m a total freak for disliking all that. I’ve read in several places online that eating 6 small meals a day and then exercising helps to lose weight.. but I can’t really eat that often in the day.

The way I’d prefer to exercise is using a stationary bike. I was wondering how long I should exercise on the bike each day to lose 10-15 pounds before the end of the year? And maybe what I should limit my caloric intake to in respect to the exercise so I can lose that weight? Thanks a ton guys!

Probably about 30 to 40 minutes a day, as you progress if you can go longer, DO. Also Doing about 30 or 40 squats everyother day should help too. Dont start out too heavy or you’ll over work yourself and the same with the squats if as you progress you can go longer do.
